I’m noticing a trend where if I’m nervous in a session or just thinking about going to a session with a therapist who knows DID and how to work with someone who has it, the more likely it means that the therapist knows what they’re doing and is good at it.

I haven’t been nervous since the last specialist I saw in 2015.  In other words, I think I may have found the elusive Therapist 4 from the last list.

I’ve been having trouble answering questions about my life or certain years…so I was trying to write down a timeline and it was hard.
